Utahns evenly split on Count My Vote initiative

Poll show much less support for initiative that previous surveys. Pollster says it likely is because of a change in wording to reflect a new election law.

Q: Do you support or oppose a proposed ballot initiative that would replace the caucus-convention system with signature gathering as the sole method for a candidate to appear on a primary election ballot?

Source: Dan Jones & Associates talked to 605 registered voters from Oct. 10-13. The poll has a margin of error of +/- 3.98 percentage points.
