Very few of Utah's fatal crashes involved those with blood-alcohol levels below 0.08 and above 0.05

An analysis of reports from more than 4,300 fatal Utah auto crashes between 2001 and 2016 shows that 34 — less than 1 percent — involved a driver who had a blood alcohol level between 0.05 and 0.08.
