The 'Greatest Snow on Earth' is hard to come by

While the state's northernmost mountains are relatively well off, most of Utah has less than half the amount of snow meteorologists expect to accumulate by this time of year. Snows have already begun to melt in some areas, leaving experts with little hope of a late-season recovery.
