Most Utahns want to keep tough new drunken driving law

Utah lowered its blood-alcohol content for driving under the influence from 0.08 percent to 0.05 percent, the first state in the country to adopt the tougher limit. The law, which doesn’t take effect until Dec. 30, is supported by the majority of Utahns, according to a new poll.
